Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a charming setup around a fountain, offering a brilliant massive roof terrace for breakfast. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and well-equipped with air conditioning. The service is friendly and accommodating, with a minor hiccup resolved with persistence. The location is perfect for sightseeing, with a peaceful ambiance despite being close to the main square. The dining options are delicious and a great value. Overall, a really authentic experience with excellent value for money.
The hotel is located in the heart of Marrakech, very close to the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa. The rooms are centralized around a pleasant courtyard but lack natural light, which can make them feel a bit damp. The service was notably helpful, although there were instances of extra charges for breakfast that was later resolved. The dining experience offered delicious local bread and fresh juices until 9 pm. The hotel's facilities are convenient and well-maintained.
Set around a fountain and a brilliant massive roof terrace to eat breakfast on, the hotel offers a cool ambiance with a pretty central courtyard in all their rooms. The friendly staff are happy to help out, but charging extra for breakfast that was initially included is a drawback.
